Accommodation information
We will be based at Prince’s Gardens, Imperial College, which is located within 20 miles of London Heathrow Airport and has excellent transport links. Most students usually fly into London Heathrow or Gatwick airports, but we recommend London Heathrow where possible.

- By default, students will be allocated a twin room. There is an additional charge of £780 for a guaranteed single occupancy room.
- All rooms have bed, chair, work desk. Rooms must be kept tidy.
- Towels and bed linen are provided and will be changed approximately every 3 days.
- All bedrooms are ensuite. Ensuites will consist of a toilet, shower and a wash basin. A complimentary set of toiletries will also be provided.
- Students are advised that personal belongings left in their rooms are at their own risk. Safety deposit boxes are not available, therefore students must ensure that their windows are securely shut and rooms are locked at all times.
- Every room is equipped with a wardrobe containing a few hangers. Please note that the rooms are not air-conditioned, however, there is a desk fan available in the room.
How to access Prince’s Gardens?
By public transport
The nearest London Underground (tube) stations are South Kensington and Gloucester Road, each less than a 10-minute walk away. From here, you can take the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines to anywhere in London.
From Heathrow Airport
Take the Heathrow Express, which runs every 15 minutes to Paddington mainline station. Change to the Underground and take the Circle line to South Kensington. Alternatively, you can take the Piccadilly line directly from Heathrow Airport to South Kensington.
Journey time: 50 minutes
From London City Airport
Take the DLR to Canning Town, then change to the Underground and take the Jubilee line. At Green Park, change to the Piccadilly line to South Kensington station.
Journey time: 40 minutes
From Gatwick Airport
Take the Gatwick Express, which runs approximately every 15 minutes, to Victoria mainline station. Change to the Underground and take the District or Circle lines to South Kensington.
Journey time: 50 minutes
From Stanstead Airport
Take the Stansted Express, which runs approximately every 15 minutes, to Liverpool Street mainline station. Change to the Underground and take the Circle line to South Kensington.
Journey time: 90 minutes
By car
Parking in the streets around Prince’s Gardens is on a pay-and-display basis for limited periods only. Please use post code: SW7 2BX
Airport transfers
For your convenience, we can arrange an airport transfer service. There will be an additional cost of £175 each way. Airport transfers are exclusively provided to students who have made prior reservations for this service through us.
